Crichton
Owner Harbor Vista Service, Port Charlotte,
Florida
Background in Sales and Marketing, Executive
Management, Quality Control. Dave wrote ISO
standards and has vast knowledge in
Technical Specifications.
In 2001 Dave left his long standing career
to begin a Residential Cleaning Service with
his wife Pat.
For the past several years Dave has
volunteered his time to serving the cleaning
industry by assisting peers, new and start
up companies.

 GCA Co Founder Ken Galo
Owner L&K Cleaning Services, Milwaukee,
Wisconsin
Ken began in the cleaning industry in 1978
and has held positions ranging from cleaning
to Vice President of Operations.
After serving the industry for nearly 20
years Ken along with wife Laura began their
own cleaning service. Since 2001 Ken has
been assisting other cleaning services and
publishes industry related articles at his
site www.cleanpeers.com.
