Then about 2 yrs ago or so I found the GCA. Started reading every single thread and it started to sink in that it wasn’t the employees or the clients that were wrong, it was the way I was going about things. Trying to be “friends” with my employees, allowing clients to dictate to me what my company policies should be ect. In the 2 years I’ve been a member of the GCA I have managed to turn my business around 110%. Actually, I was looking over my profit and loss statements comparing last April 08 to this April 09. Our revenues have increased by 300% in the last year. We just hired our 8th employee and we will be hiring 2 more employees before the end of May. I’m looking for office space to rent because we’ve now outgrown the office we are in now, and if all goes well, I plan to have the business moved into leased office space by the end of June. I’m not trying to brag (although I am pretty damn proud of myself) but rather trying to show the difference in results between “reinventing the wheel” as opposed to researching before acting. ~ Ann A.
